General Care

Handle with care and avoid excessive pulling, twisting, or folding of the brim and crown.

Our washed caps are designed with a worn-in finish, so slight variations in color, texture, and fading are part of the product’s character.

For best results, spot clean only.

Use a soft cloth, mild soap, and cold water to gently clean affected areas.

Do not soak the cap fully in water.

Do not use bleach, harsh detergent, or strong cleaning chemicals.

Do not machine wash.

Do not tumble dry.

After spot cleaning, gently pat the area with a clean towel.

Air dry only.

Keep the cap in its natural shape while drying.

Avoid direct sunlight for long periods, as this may cause additional fading.

Avoid scrubbing directly on the embroidery.

If needed, gently clean around the embroidered area with a damp cloth.

Loose threads should not be pulled. Carefully trim them if necessary.

Store your cap in a cool, dry place.

Avoid placing heavy items on top of the cap to help maintain its shape.

When traveling, place the cap in a pouch, tote, or structured space to avoid crushing.

Each cap has a washed finish that gives it a softer, worn-in look.

Minor differences in shade, texture, and fading are normal and not considered defects.
