Order Cut-Off

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Daily cut-off is 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Payments confirmed before 12:00 PM may be processed within the same business day. Payments confirmed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or drop launch periods may require additional processing time.

For limited drops, items are only secured once payment has been confirmed.
